Our history

As a real family company, Immo Schepens has developed throughout the years into an established value for real estate in Flanders. Discover the most important key moments in our history.

2005

Immo Schepens was founded by Olivier & Nadine, a dynamic duo with a passion for real estate. Olivier was previously active in the real estate sector, where he had already gained a lot of experience. In 2005, the enthusiastic couple was able to realise their entrepreneurial dream by founding their own real estate office in De Haan.

2014

After several successful years at the office in De Haan, Olivier's home base, the time was right to expand with a second branch in Meulebeke, an authentic West Flemish village where Nadine also has her roots. From now on, the offer of Immo Schepens also included properties from more southern regions of West Flanders and East Flanders.

2021

In 2021, Immo Schepens reached a historical milestone, with more than 1000 sold/rented properties. Meanwhile, the team of Immo Schepens has grown into a complementary group of 7 enthusiastic employees. Together, they dedicate themselves every day to helping clients find their ultimate dream home.
