Your assignment
- You are responsible for the further expansion of our sales/letting offer (property search and prospecting)
- You manage your own accrued customer portfolio
- Establishing and maintaining customer relations, networking
- Preparation and follow-up of files and contracts
- Conducting negotiations
- Giving advice
- Permanence
- Estimating property/preparing an appraisal report
- Telephone and administrative activities
Your profile
- Driven independent real estate agent with IPI number
- Experienced in negotiating, working proactively, ...
- Highly communicative, sympathetic and enthusiastic
- Enterprising and positive
- Dose of 'common sense'
- Commercially minded
- Sleek and stylish appearance
- You preferably live in the Meulebeke region
- Very good knowledge of Dutch
- Responsibility
- Flexible, persuasive and motivated
- Orderly and precise
- Working independently
- Good basic IT knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Job, evening and weekend work do not deter you
- Owning your own car is a plus
